Anita Gyertyános
Life & Art Coach · Mediator
Within me, the contemporary and the ancient,
the Western and the Eastern worlds naturally intertwine.
I work at the meeting point of rational understanding and experiential, embodied wisdom.
For me, these perspectives are not opposites,
but essential companions that allow for a fuller understanding of the human experience.
This is the spirit in which I meet and accompany my clients.
My approach is holistic: individual and collective processes are deeply interconnected.
Living on three continents and engaging with diverse cultures has profoundly shaped both my personal development and my work.
I aim to offer grounded, forward-moving support
in individual processes as well as in shared, relational challenges.
