Life & Art Coaching

A supportive space for inner transformation.

Coaching as Mental Training

Coaching can be understood as a form of mental training.
It strengthens the inner “muscles” you use in decision-making, stressful situations, relationships, and in adapting to change.

Life & Art Coaching makes inner processes tangible through creative tools. We do not simply talk, we also work with images, metaphors, and creative methods so that what is happening within you can take form and become visible.

The Focus: Present and Future

Coaching does not center on detailed analysis of the past. We begin with what is present now and focus on the direction you would like to move toward.

If necessary, we may touch upon past patterns, but the attention always moves from the present toward the future.

How We Work

Throughout the process, you receive professional support, active presence, and attentive listening.

It is dedicated time for yourself. A safe space where you can reflect, experiment, and clarify your inner processes.

The goal is not to provide ready-made solutions, but to help you discover your own, the ones that truly work for you.

Even a few sessions can bring noticeable change and provide you with practical tools you can apply independently in everyday life.

Areas I Support You In

  • Life transitions and transformative changes

  • Relationship challenges and experiences of loss

  • Difficulties related to family planning

  • Self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-worth

  • Career path and professional transitions

  • Short- and long-term stress management

  • Conflict resolution

The conceptual foundation of my work is rooted in the idea of antahkarana, the integrated system of our mind and in its holistic development.

Inner Process – Outer Space

In certain life situations, inner change can also be supported by the conscious arrangement of one’s external space.

For me, Feng Shui–informed space alignment is not an end in itself, but a complementary tool that supports inner processes.

When the external environment comes into alignment with your inner work, change often unfolds more smoothly and with greater stability.
