Coaching is, at its core, a form of mental training.
It strengthens the mental capacities you use in everyday problem-solving, stress management, communication, and adapting to change.


Art coaching adds another layer to this process — making inner experiences more colorful, tangible, and perceptible through creativity.

During coaching sessions, we focus on the present and the future.
We do not analyse the past in detail.


We start from where you are now. The past may briefly appear if it helps you recognise a pattern or experience influencing your current situation, but our attention always moves from the present toward what lies ahead.

This process does not rely solely on rational, left-brain thinking.
We go deeper, engaging right-brain resources as well — using the tools of art, imagination, and creative expression.

Throughout the coaching journey, you receive professional support, but even more importantly, you are met with active presence and attentive listening.


This creates a quality space for yourself — time in which you can begin to unfold your inner capacities and discover solutions that truly fit you.

Even a few coaching sessions can help you navigate your current situation with greater clarity and equip you with tools you can continue to use independently in your everyday life.

Practical details

Coaching sessions are available in person or online.
A coaching topic typically unfolds over 3–6 sessions.
One session usually lasts 75 minutes.
